Mercy
Put out smoking once and for all, for free. Mercy offers a comprehensive approach to tobacco cessation that's designed to keep you smoke-free for life. Mercy Hospital - St. Louis offers both small group and individualized Freedom From Smoking sessions. These classes are for patients, employees, and the community. Thanks to a grant from the St. Louis County (Communities Putting Prevention to Work), Mercy Hospital – St. Louis will offer Freedom From Smoking at no cost. Classes and materials are FREE. This smoking cessation program, developed by the American Lung Association, was recently named “most effective” in a study by Fordham University. Mercy Hospital – St. Louis is also able to host Freedom From Smoking classes on-location at St. Louis County employers with 50 or more employees. Mercy is also able to hold one hour health lung lectures to organizations, businesses, and schools to educate those about smoking prevention and cessation.
